Refining Lantheus’ front-of-house spaces to enhance cohesion, community, and brand identity

Building on the workplace standards established in their South building, Lantheus sought to refine the reception and communal spaces in their North building expansion. Our focus was on creating a welcoming, polished front-of-house experience that reinforces their brand while ensuring a seamless connection across their campus. Through thoughtful design, we elevated key gathering areas, introduced flexible work neighborhoods, and integrated branded elements for a cohesive, high-performing environment.

  • Designed a hospitality-inspired reception area featuring custom millwork banquettes, a bespoke reception desk, and durable poured terrazzo flooring.
  • Reconfigured and redesigned the existing café with updated casework, lighting, and custom-branded ceiling baffles to support both casual and large-group gatherings.
  • Introduced "flex stations" within workspace neighborhoods to foster density and collaboration while aligning with Lantheus’ evolving workplace standards.
  • Enhanced acousticsand aesthetics with tailored wall panels, creating a refined and comfortableenvironment.
