Presented with a large first-floor shell space, Ebbrell Architecture + Design collaborated with the building owner to arrive at a versatile three-lab/office fit out.

• Efficiently sectioned the space into distinct zones (two 8K-plus square feet and one 5K-plus square feet), which can serve three separate tenants or be combined to function as a single or two-tenant space.
• Introduced bold finish selections and colors to offset the limited natural light and provide for an appealing work environment.
•  Carefully thought through building support spaces and utility pathways, including carving out second floor space for duct and piping shafts in a way that minimized impact on rentable office suites.
