Nimble reuse of space packs big punch with office and R&D relocation

With an eye towards responsible building practices, innovative lighting company Ledvance wanted to reuse as much as possible when relocating their MA headquarters. Recognizing the new space had “good bones”, the Ebbrell Architecture + Design team implemented a creative design approach to seamlessly blend new and existing. By converting office space into product packaging design and R&D testing labs, the new facility proves inventive and efficient for the lighting giant.
