Core Cove transforms a prominent corner of Ashland’s newest mixed-use development into a refined, boutique wellness destination. Operable garage doors open the studio to natural light and fresh air, creating a strong connection to the street and a flexible, energized interior. Inside, a palette of warm, layered materials and soft, sculptural forms supports a range of yoga and fitness classes while delivering the intimate, elevated experience that defines the Core Cove brand.

• Curated all interior finishes, fixtures, lighting, and custom millwork to create a cohesive, elevated studio environment.
• Optimized the layout to prioritize an expansive, light-filled fitness studio while integrating retail, check-in, wellness spa, and locker areas.
• Designed spa-like restrooms and shower rooms that support both performance and comfort.
• Collaborated closely with the construction team to translate design intent into a refined, buildable solution aligned with schedule and material availability.
