Looking for a second location to expand a successful children’s swim school, a visionary client set his sights on an old warehouse in an industrial area. Ebbrell Architecture + Design was tasked with replicating and improving upon the design aspects established at the original school, as well as working to conform the new building use to meet all state and local regulations.
