FEATURED PROJECT

From warehouse space to lab space. Ebbrell designs expanded shared incubator lab facility for Cambridge Scientific.

One big thing: Added six 500 s/f private Biosafety Level 2 furnished labs and tissue culture room.

Design deets:

• Building repositioning efforts reflect the former industrial building’s new life as a vibrant life sciences hub with lab support rooms, conference rooms, and breakout collaboration areas.
• Designed a 20-person office zone with workstations, lockers, and break amenities.
• First floor base building area includes two customizable fabrication spaces (2,000 SF and 2,400 SF).
