Ebbrell creates modern spec lab in historic Charles River Mills building in Newton, MA

‍One big thing: Maintaining the original brick and beam features creates a unique warm workspace, complementing the clean and efficient lab environment.

• 🪟 Capitalized on the existing high ceilings and large windows in the 5,000 sq ft space to enhance natural light.
• ☕ Created a café in an underutilized lower-level space, providing additional value for building tenants.
• 🎨 Aligned the interior design with the landlord's branding palette.
