Traditional office space becomes high-tech lab via Ebbrell’s adaptive reuse design

‍One big thing: Overcame the challenges of this second-floor space by incorporating mechanical infrastructure to meet lab-specific requirements.

‍Design deets:

• 🪟 The design of the 5,500 SF space strategically places lab spaces along the windows, creating a bright and inspiring work environment.
• 🟡 Incorporated the landlord's branding palette to ensure a consistent visual identity across their spec lab portfolio.
• 🌳 Windows along the corridor allow views into the labs and to the exterior panoramic views.
